Love it for work I can now stand and stretch to my New Years diet.

Good if you need an electric desk riser

This is like an electric version of the Vivo 32 inch desk riser (DESK-V000K) which I also owned. The manual standing desk doesn't take much strength to move up except for hand strength to pinch the release lever. Get this only if that applies to you due to hand arthritis, etc.Some pros over DESK-V000K:- keyboard has more open space. On the DESK-V000K, part of the keyboard sits under the tray if it is a bigger keyboard. Not a problem with the DESK-V001KE- Because it is electric, it won't slide around the desk as you move up and down as the DESK-V000K tends to do.Cons- The sit position monitor is much higher than the DESK-V000K.- The electric motor is much slower than manual.- The stand height is slightly shorter than the DESK-V000K.

It's awesome

Sitting down is for chumps. I was a bit concerned the motor sounds wimpy but it's a reclining sofa motor and I think it should be fine.

Increase Calorie Burn

Love it. I don't stand all day, but I do as much as possible.

Functionality

This has helped me deal with my back and computer challenges. It works quite well!
