This chair definitely helped my back, neck, and shoulder pain thanks to the more ergonomic way I sit when in the chair. Unfortunately, this is at the expense of my quads and shins. I read another review that said the leg pain went away after a few weeks, but that has not been the case for me. With this chair, my legs take the brunt of my weight and so I feel like I just did a heavy leg day at the gym, but I am just sitting here! (On that note, the days that I do workout my legs it is SO HARD for me to use this chair and I have to switch to a regular chair sooner than later). In general, I cannot work my full 8 hour day in this chair and usually tap out around 6-7 hours. Still, the relief for my back is usually worth the leg discomfort, so I continue to use this chair daily.
