Came across purely accidentally. Have been looking into a standing desk for a couple of years now. Had even looked at desktop conversion options as well, but I have 2 large monitors and the desktop versions wouldn’t accommodate well. These legs were delivered quick, easy to assemble and install, and feels very sturdy. Great online videos! We reused my existing IKEA desk top with no problems.
Love it! Bought it after reading all the good reviews here and I'm very happy with the purchase. It does the job of automatically moving up and down like a breeze. I have a laptop and a monitor on it and a few other things and it moves pretty smoothly.
I installed a solid wood tabletop (around 40 lbs) on top, and the legs have no problems moving it up and down everyday. The included cable is ok size, able to hold one power bar and the power box for the legs. Would definitely recommend to screw the power box on the bottom of the tabletop to free up some space.
Great bang for your buck. Some complained about lowest level height of the desk. It could be a little lower but simple solution for those that have an adjustable chair is raise your chair up. Might be an issue if you have a non-adjustable chair. Easy to assemble. I bought a $50 IKEA tabletop and used that as my desktop. 2 things I wish this desk had after a few days of use: some type of panel that attaches to the legs to hide all of the cords and the ability to take the control module out of sleep mode. sleep mode makes you have ti unlock the control panel each time you want to move the desk up or down. minor issue, as it takes 2 seconds but a little weird I think. Good though for safety and likley why it's there. so a kid cant operate it. overall, great bang for your buck when compared to buying other complete desks out there.
You need to get one!
